What is Online Coaching?

Online or virtual coaching allows the coach and client to recreate a face-to-face coaching session, using video. This allows the sessions to be more flexible and in some cases, more affordable, as a commute or transport costs are taken out of the equation. I have delivered a coaching session, where my client was outside of the UK and it was perfectly convenient for them. During the Covid 19 pandemic and quarantine period, this was the ideal coaching model for many coaches. The coaching sessions can range from ‘holistic wellness coaching’, ‘wellness and creativity coaching’, ‘coaching for creatives’ (coaching for your creative practice) and ‘life shift and change coaching’ (life changes and life transitions).

Online Coaching via Zoom

If you regularly use Zoom for meetings and online events, why not use it for coaching sessions? You will need a strong data signal, or very good Wi-Fi.

Online Coaching via Skype

If you have a Skype account, you can download the Skype app on your mobile phone, tablet or laptop. You will need a strong data signal, or very good Wi-Fi.

Online Coaching via Facetime

If you use Apple devices, our coaching sessions can take place via the FaceTime app. You can use your phone, tablet or laptop. You will need a strong data signal, or very good Wi-Fi.

Online Coaching via Teams

If you prefer ‘Teams’ as your go-to virtual platform, we can arrange our coaching sessions using this app. You will need a strong data signal, or very good Wi-Fi.
