I recently discovered there is an official World Self Love Day. On checking the date closer, I realised it falls on the same day as my Birthday! How apt!

So today, as well as celebrating My Birthday with family and friends, I will cultivate love for myself. This is the greatest form of love we can have. Without this, we cannot receive the love we desire!
